Very Cute DS Game! I bought the boy version of this game and it is very cute. It can be frustrating at times, because the things you have to teach the baby have to be pretty precise. Graphics and sound are done very well. For people wanting to buy both versions...in the instruction book it says when you finish the game (which ever game you own) it will unlock the opposite sex and then you can choose between a girl and a boy. Have Fun!!

Helpful! This was very useful to me! Whenever my kids misbehaved, I'd say "Settle down or you each get twenty minutes of baby pals!" Wiping the baby's dirty virtual behind and poop, staring at a creepy little unusual, nude virtual human, and endless minutes of saying "Peek A Boo!" Into the DS mike is the last thing on their fun list. Even though my kids hate it and have a horrible time with it, I'd rate it a 5 in overall in its useful torturous punishment to scare young children into behaving and a 5 in fun for me because with a miserable threat of baby pals the kids won't argue with the babysitter and let me have some personal time. But because my kids hate the actual game and I only love it's great discipline method, I am forced to rate it the lowest rating possible. My kids may hate this game, but I think it's the best thing that's ever happened to me! Thanks, Baby Pals!

CUTE GAME In this game your character is challenged by taking care of babies. In the game there is a total of six babies you take care and as you progress though it, it unlocks more babies. In the game you basically get to do the same stuff with a real baby like; playing with it, entertaining it when it gets bored, feeding it, giving them a bath, rocking them when they get upset, and putting them it sleep. It is like being a babysitter. The game is fun and I recommend it to people who like babies.

My Baby Boy DS game - Very cute and fun! Okay I got the My Baby Boy DS game for my 21st birthday on Nov 16th. I absolutely love this game. But just to be for warned I am Autistic and this game was at times frustrating and difficult basically you need a lot of patience when playing this game. Out of all threebaby games I have this one is the hardest. I have:
1. Baby Pals - Easy
2. Shrek: Ogres and Donkey's - Medium
3. My Baby Boy - Hard
That would be how I would rank my DS baby games that I play. This My Baby Boy game is fun and good and has a lot of detail's in the game I give the people who made this game a lot of credit they did a fantastic job on creating this game and they really know their stuff on babies too. Plus unlike in Baby Pals their is a nurse and a children's doctor in the game which I really like too. Oh I would not recommend this game for little kids under the age of 12 only because there is alot of reading involved in this game. If your looking for a mild but yet not to complex baby game then get Baby Pals it's a good game. If your looking for a hard baby game then get this and also if you have a lot of patience. Oh and I beat the game but just so your forwarned after the credits the game will start all over again then you get to pick another baby what ever you do don't erase the second baby because it will erase both babies like the first time you played the game. Basically I did that and finally beat the game for the second time oh and when you have your second baby what ever clothes or toy's you bought the first baby get passed down to the second baby. Oh and at the begining of the game it letted me pick if I wanted a boy or girl that was the only thing that made me a little bit upset because the name of the title is My Baby Boy why put both sexes on their that is so dumb. Oh well get this game if you like baby games like I do.

Fun program, but needs updating for OS X This program is lots of fun for a baby. It runs a littleslowly on our 700 MHz G4 eMac, but our baby loves it. The only critique, though, is that it won't run on a limited account in OS X. The companion game, 123 & ABCs will let me set up the baby's account to allow me to add it to her account's limits list, but the Animal Friends does not. As a result, either I cannot run it on her account, or I have to allow administrator privileges to her account. I cannot do that since her sister also uses the computer.

My baby boy loves Giggles Shapes I purchased both Giggles Shapes and Giggles Animals for my 5 month old boy after I noticed I could not get on my home computer or my laptop with him wanting to hit the keys.
This program is very entertaining and teaches babies cause and effect, and has a good music selection that my baby likes.
I would highly recommend this program to any parent that has a child from 3 months to 2yrs.
My 9 year old boy even enjoys playing with these programs!

Best for Babies Not Ready for Wii Fit I bought a Wii last monthalong with Wii Fit, I know it's hard to find, and I got both!!! Don't hate me for it :). Well, my 16 mo old is too young for Wii Fit. She likes crawling, and eating, the Wii Fit board, but can't really play any of the game. Mommy is using it to shake off that baby weight! We invited all her baby buddies over and they all had a blast with Imagine Party Babyz. I know what you're thinking, how can you put a game with improper spelling in front of an impressionable youth? Well, our baby won't be reading for a while, so I think it's OK.
I'll ask you one parting question, can you Imagine all the fun you'll have with Imagine Party Babyz? Our little one was dancing, screaming, and shaking maracas just like on the cover. We love it! Can't wait for Imagine Party Toddlerz.

Fun This is a great game. You design your babysitter and start babysitting. You will get kids soon after you start. You start with kids around 4 to 12 months old and work up. My daughter loved this as her first computer experience I too must come to the defense of this product. My daughter, now18 months, has loved this since 9 months. We have Reader Rabbit and Jumpstart, which she enjoys, but is clearly more entertained by Winnie the Pooh and Friends. Granted, she may not think this is much different than a video, but she is learning to hit the keys, and understand there's a relationship with them and the action on the screen. The quality is great - the best I've seen for baby and toddler software.
