Fun with Lucy This doll set is in the Pink Label Barbie Collection. Lucy and Ethel are wearing matching pink uniforms with hats and Lucy has pearl earrings and necklace. They have their cheeks bulging with chocolates. They have wide open eyes with hair (not painted on) eyelashes. They are holding squares of paper with a cardboard "chocolate" in their right hands. These are probably removeable since they don't show in the pictures on the website. Lucy says, "Ethel, I think we're fighting a losing game!" in a clip from the show. The doll may say more but I have not opened it to see and the box does not say.
This is a cute set for any Barbie collector or lover of I Love Lucy.

I think someone added an extra $100.00? Why does this doll cost $119.99, when it can be purchased from other websites for $19.99? It's a beautiful doll but, I'm only giving it one star because I think the price is wrong? If someone can tell me why this doll cost more, feel free to correct me. Maybe someone made a typo on the price?
Great Music!! Though I am a little older then the age this is geared for I found I really enjoyed the movie and half the reason was because of the music. Melissa Lyons has a beautiful voice adn the songs were great. Katherine Mcphee sings Connected which is one of my favorite songs even though I am not a fan of hers. My favorite song was the first Two voices one song which was energetic and sung well. My younger sister and I sing and dance with this CD and my only complaint is that there is no karaoke for it. The best barbie soundtrack out and they don't have a karaoke????

REVIEW
Great for little girls - and me too! These movies capture my 5 yo grandaughters attention and hold it - she loves the music and HAS to dance to it. The story lines are excellent, but the classical style music and songs are really suprising. Great girls movies that I don't mind watching with her!
I'm almost 21 and I still love it! I honestly don't know what all the negative reviews are about. It seems a lot of people here are saying it's impossible to keep up with the moves and that it's easy even for an adult to get frustrated.Okay, first of all, I think my mom bought this tape for me when I was 9 or 10 years old. The minute I put it into my VCR and started in, I adored it. I got hooked immediately. I have always been overweight, ever since childhood, and even then I had no problem keeping up with it. Now, maybe that's because I just love to dance in general, but if a heavier kid like me could do it, I think anyone can. Of course, I would never give it to a 5-year-old and expect them to do it, but if you're a little older, like maybe 9 or 10, I don't see it as being an unreasonable workout.
That illustrates another point. This video is all about dance. It's about jumping up and down, to the right, to the left, to the back, to the front, all over the place. They don't stop for a break, they keep dancing up a storm for the whole 30 minutes. I would say that 9 is a good age to introduce it--by then most kids are more coordinated and have developed more mobility. Some might have to just sit and watch it a few times at first if they are less experienced with dance, but come on, it's Barbie--you'll be able to pick up the moves after watching a couple times. Most of them involve jumping in the air, jogging sideways, swinging the arms, marching wide....not too tough.
I'm serious--I have always been overweight, and I never had difficulty with this video. It really is a lot of fun. The sets are very bright and it gets you pumped up. I am so glad I hung onto this tape. I brought it back to college with me, and now that I am nearly 21 years old, I plan to do it daily, especially with these long winter months coming up. I mean, yeah, I feel a little silly closing my dorm room door and turning on this video with about twelve little kids dancing in afluorescent pink background, but I say that if you're working up a sweat and moving around, there's no shame in that. It is by no means inappropriate for adults. It's a hot ticket and if you are looking for something different to work out to, I recommend you rent this or buy it. It will help you get in shape and lose some weight just as much as Tae-Bo would--and it will most likely give you something interesting that you will enjoy
Amazon.comBarbie shines in her third animated movie, an adaptation of the classic ballet Swan Lake. A young girl named Odette (played by Barbie) follows a beautiful unicorn into the enchanted forest and picks up a magic crystal that proclaims her destiny as savior of the enchanted forest. Odette, hampered by an overwhelming sense of insecurity, proclaims herself unfit for the job and sets out to leave the forest when the evil wizard Rothbart (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) turns her into a swan. Bolstered by the powers of the magic crystal, Odette vows to defeat Rothbart. Meanwhile, love blossoms between Odette and the town's Prince Daniel and, eventually, Odette finds a courage within herself that, combined with her intelligence and the true love between her and the Prince, proves powerful enough to defeat Rothbart. The computer-generated animation in this 83-minute presentation is vivid and lifelike, the London Symphony gives a wonderful performance of Tchaikovsky's original music, and the choreography and dancing is nicely done thanks to Peter Martins and the New York City Ballet. REVIEW
BARBIE CAN ACT, SING...AND NOW..DANCE!!WHY WAS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE MOVIE EXCEPT BARBIE UGLY?? Even though this Barbie movie came out a while ago I just recently watched it and have been watching some of the older ones I have not watched since I have only seen the newer ones since Princess and the Pauper was the first Barbie movie I watched that got me into watching more.
Barbie as Swan Lake is a little odd... I gave is four stars because I did not feel it was as good as the others..there are still some questions I am left with after seeing this movie::
WHY WAS EVERYONE SO UGLY IN THIS MOVIE except BARBIE??
Usually in these Barbie movies the supporting characters..even the villians (La Verna of Fairytopia for example) are pretty decent looking.
In this Barbie movie all the characters are not very attractive except Barbie. The Villian is so ugly, Barbie's sister, the Queen, Barbie's friends, people in the village..even the unicorn was so ugly and annoying..Usually her animal friends have pretty long eyelashes and where lots of makeup.
THE THREE OBLIGATORY KELLY DOLLS??
Seems since Barbie is a famous movie star her Brat sister kelly and her friends have to always get in on the scene!
TO MANY COSTUME CHANGES??
Barbie changed outfits so many times in this movie it was hard to keep up!! What was the wingsshe was wearing at the end??
Oh Barbie..we shall see what your other movies have in store..
DescriptionLong, long ago, in a time of magic and dragons, there lived a girl named Rapunzel who had the most beautiful radiant hair the world had ever seen. But Rapunzel's life was far from wonderful. She lived as a servant to Gothel, a jealous, scheming witch who kept her hidden deep in a forbidding forest, guarded by the enormous dragon Hugo and surrounded by an enchanted glass wall.
However, in a twist of fate, Rapunzel's discovery of a magic paintbrush leads her on a journey that will unravel a web of deception, bring peace to two feuding kingdoms, and ultimately lead her to love with the help of Penelope(TM), the least intimidating of dragons!
Stunningly produced in computer animation, the movie stars Academy Award(R) - Anjelica Huston* as Gothel and Cree Summer as Penelope(TM). The movie features a song by Samantha Mumba and music by the London Symphony Orchestra.
Barbie(TM) as Rapunzel shows that love and imagination can change the world...
