BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walt Disney Records celebrates Hannah Montana's overwhelming popularity with the March 20, 2007 release of the Hannah Montana 2-Disc Special Edition Soundtrack. Building on the success of the double-platinum Hannah Montana Soundtrack, the CD + DVD package includes the complete original soundtrack to the smash hit Disney Channel Original Series Hannah Montana – including the show's theme song "The Best of Both Worlds" and fan favorites "If We Were a Movie" and "I Got Nerve." The disc also features the brand-new bonus track "Nobody's Perfect" performed by Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana. The video DVD includes 30 minutes of never-before-seen Hannah Montana Backstage Secrets plus a live concert performance of "Nobody's Perfect." The Hannah Montana 2-Disc Special Edition Soundtrack also includes four collectible, signed snapshots of Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana, plus a certificate for a free "This Is the Life" ringtone.

In November 2006, the original Hannah Montana Soundtrack became the first-ever TV soundtrack to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and went on to become the #8 best-selling album of the year (according to Nielsen SoundScan). The R.I.A.A. certified the soundtrack double platinum less than two months after its release. Additionally, Miley Cyrus (performing as Hannah Montana) rocked venues across the country last fall as the opening act for the first 20 sold-out dates of The Cheetah Girls' "The Party's Just Begun" tour, one the most successful concert tours of 2006.
