"Tasty Time with ZeFronk" stars ZeFronk, a French Dachshund who hosts a cooking show from his doghouse, whipping up healthy snacks for kids with the help of his assistant, a bird named Sue. As if running his own cooking show was not enough to have on his plate, ZeFronk is driven to distraction by his sneaky neighbor cat, Dom, who will stop at nothing to get a bite of one of ZeFronk's tasty snacks.
ZeFronk's featured recipes are simple creations that kids and their parents or caregivers can make together at home and will be featured on www.playhousedisney.com, where kids can also craft personalized recipe books filled with all of Zefronk's delicious creations, including Ze Tomato Surprise, Ze Tasty Tuna Sandwich, Ze Fronksicles, Ze Banana-berry Smoothie, Ze Energy Mix, Ze Pita Pizza, Ze Ants on a Log, Ze Pancakes, Ze Tasty Turkey Roll and Ze Banana Dogs. The website will also feature coloring pages.
The other Playhouse Disney healthy lifestyles themed episodes are:
"Bunnytown" (6:30 a.m., ET/PT) – King Bunny keeps Jester Bunny busy trying to figure out the perfect royal exercise, the Bunny Scouts go on a hike, Bunnytown School puts on a Healthy Food Pageant and Professor Doodlebunny invents a slam dunk machine.
"My Friends Tigger & Pooh" (8:30 a.m., ET/PT) – When Pooh gets stuck inside a log, the Super Sleuths realize it is because his tummy has gotten extra big, due to all the extra honey he's been eating. "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" (9:00 a.m., ET/PT) – Mickey and pals are planning a 'Thanks a Bunch Day' party, but Minnie has a problem – none of the fruits and veggies she planted in the garden are growing, and she's worried they won't have anything healthy to eat at the 'Thanks a Bunch' meal.
