WoW, Its been years since I've taken my chiildren here. Fun Mania used to be a well kept, organized and fun place to be. I am sad to hear all of these reviews now, I am not looking forward to taking my grandchildren here now.

It's a shame people run a business like this. I found their coupon in the Entertainment Book. I checked out the website and it's not running. Thanks everyone for the heads-up here. I WILL NOT be taking my business there.

In addition, their telephone number doesn't even work right now. I had a bad feeling just from the website and your comments helped confirm these suspicions.

My son had a party scheduled for the beginning of April. The night before his party, I received a phone message that his party was cancelled. They had no electricity! After numerous attempts the next morning to see if the power was back on, I finally received a phone call. The place offered to book another day for me. I stated that I wanted a refund. My son cried himself to sleep the night before his planned party. By some miracle, we were able to schedule a party elsewhere for the same day with about 5 hours notice. Since then I have sent a letter, made two phone calls and even went back in today to get my $50 refund. No one has contacted me. Not only has this caused my son a great deal of disappointment, but I had to deal with the hassle of organizing a new party and trying to get my money back.

I completely agree with the other 2 comments i read.. i was there with 4 kids a few weeks ago.. none of the games were working. I kept having to get someone to either unstick a game, or get my card out of the machine, or something.. after 10 minutes i went to the "manager" (a barely 18 year old kid) and asked him for a refund. He told me no. I demanded to get the name of the owner.. he wouldn't give it to me.. so i stood in the front and started telling a friend of mine (who was there to book a birthday party) what was going on and how horrible it was there and that iwould never book a birthday party there.... the guy called 911!!!!! he actually had the cops come to try to kick me out! me, a 5' nothing woman with 4 kids with me! the cops came, he got in trouble, he gave me my money back.. and i will NEVER go there again!

Horrible! We went last Friday Night and the customer service was horrible. The place was empty for a Friday Night in the winter that is the first sign of a horrible place. We went to go to the snack bar and the grill wasn't on, they had no pizza, they burnt our grilled cheese sandwich and the soda was flat. Half of the games didn't work or were in japanese and you couldn't understand them. We will not be returning to this establishment. I even emailed to tell them we were disappointed and they have not responded. I guess they don't care about customer service as long as people put money in their machines.

The first thing you notice when you walk in the door is the lack of managemant this place has. It is run by a bunch of kids who care about nothing more than getting paid. Unhelpful staff to say the least. Most of the staff is rude when approached about the Funcards and/or games that never seem to be in working order. Also, while I was there, none of the rides were working. The only reason I even went there was because my kids wanted to go on the bumper cars, but they couldn't even do that. When we decided to get something to eat, we went into the arcade's restaurant area, only to find the cook sitting down outside of his area watching T.V. When he finally found the time to help us with our order, we were told that almost everything on the menu was not in stock. While all of this was going on, I happened to look over at the wall only to notice that this place doesn't even have a license to sell food or beverages! That's right, their license is expired.
