Somerset County 5K Walk for Life and Breath on 5/30

happening in Somerset, New Jersey! The American Lung Association of New Jersey is moving to Bridgewater and is celebrating by hosting their first 5K walk to raise awareness and funds towards eradicating the debilitating effects of asthma and lung disease. Challenge your friends, workout partners and classmates to help you "walk the Walk" by getting involved with a team and asking for sponsors. You'll be representing all those whose condition limits them from enjoying the activities you take part in every day. We hope that someday, no one will have to sit on the sidelines. Breakfast and lunch are provided for walkers and volunteers, there is no registration fee and online sign-up is easy. For those who choose not to walk, a donation designated towards the Somerset Walk would be greatly appreciated. Fee: No registration fee. Princess Moxie Puppet Show & Sing Along

Annual Event Supports Local Families in Need

18,2009) - Registration Required by May 31 for Project PAUL Charity Golf Outing is
happening in Monmouth, New Jersey! Project PAUL is taking reservations for its Fourth Annual Charity Golf Outing to be held on Thursday, June 18 at Bamm Hollow Country Club in Lincroft. Festivities will include a barbeque lunch before an afternoon on the links, followed by an open bar and hors d’oeuvres reception, a dinner buffet with a cash bar, prizes, a 50/50, and other activities. A local nonprofit organization, Project PAUL is committed to providing food, clothing and financial assistance to the needy in the Bayshore area of Monmouth County. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the golf outing will go directly to helping Project PAUL clients. Tee times must be reserved by May 31.
