Regal Bank is sponsoring a children’s concert to benefit Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey’s Horizon School.
Renowned children’s artists Rebecca Frezza & Big Truck will perform at Horizon High School (77 Okner Parkway, Livingston) on Saturday, May 9th at 3:00pm. The event will also feature a children’s Tricky Tray, with all gift baskets featuring a variety of toys.

happening in None, New Jersey! POPROCKS "The Concept": These 1 1/2 hour long afternoon shows will feature some of the most engaging and vital artists in indie music. These all ages shows are designed to bring families together to enjoy new music. Artists perform original (not specifically made for children) songs in a manner that is both authentic and kid-friendly. Two bands or artists will play 4 or 5 originals at low volume, swapping out dirty words, and engage in a Jam Session with the children, moderated by Moonsoup. The idea is that hip parents can see their favorite music with their kids, fostering an appreciation for grown-up music, and ideally replacing The Wiggles with Violens and The King Left.. This event

Marching Band Tournament
Union, NJ (September
26,2009) - Marching Band is
happening in Union, New Jersey! High School Marching Bands from across the northern half of the State will be competing for top marks as they vie for Championship in the official Tournament of Bands “Chapter X” league. Governor Livingston’s Highlander Marching Band were Group 1 Chapter X champions last year and are hoping to repeat that feat this year. They face stiff competition from high schools like Red Bank Catholic, Raritan and Northern Lehigh. Larger marching bands with up to 75 musicians, such as those from Matawan and West Essex, will also duke it out in their ongoing bid for championship of their groups. The spectacle is great entertainment for all the family. Hot food, snacks, sodas and souvenirs will be available to compliment the show. The performances start at 1 pm, tickets are $8 ($6 kids/seniors) and nearby parking with a shuttle-bus will be available courtesy of Alcatel Lucent (Bell Labs) off Glenside Road, Berkeley Heights.
