    Good ideas for “rules”
Lots of rules, but it is possible to redefine to fit the situation. Maybe even call them guidelines or “expectations” instead of “rules”.

For those who secretly want their children to just die already.
This “doctor” endorses the methods used by WWASP (World Wide Association of Speciality Programs). This says it all.

Great Bottom Line…Too much of a sales pitch getting there
Ultimately I believe the book is worth the read and the theory is fantastic. Though only recently implemented in our household, so far so good.
